Effective Date: September 2, 2026

Last Updated: September 2, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PocketTrack mobile application and related services (“PocketTrack,” the “App,” or the “Service”).

PocketTrack is operated by Aureus Vasileus (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using PocketTrack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use PocketTrack.

1) About PocketTrack

PocketTrack is a personal and household budgeting application designed to help users organize budgets, create budgeting envelopes, record transactions, track available amounts, and share certain budgeting information with authorized household members.

PocketTrack is intended to provide organizational and budgeting tools only.

PocketTrack is not a bank, financial institution, accounting firm, investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, or credit counseling service.

2) Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to enter into these Terms in the jurisdiction where you reside.

If you are under the age at which you may legally enter into a binding agreement, you may use PocketTrack only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the use of PocketTrack by minors under their care.

3) User Accounts

Some PocketTrack features require a user account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Keep your account information reasonably up to date
  • Not share your password with unauthorized individuals
  • Promptly notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for activity performed through your PocketTrack account unless otherwise required by applicable law.

PocketTrack may use third-party authentication services, including Google Firebase Authentication, to create and manage user accounts.

4) Household Accounts and shared access

PocketTrack may allow multiple users to participate in a shared household.

A household may include roles such as:

  • Household Administrator
  • Household Member
  • Other account or permission levels introduced in the future

Household administrators may have the ability to:

  • Invite users to a household
  • Remove users from a household
  • Assign access to budgeting envelopes
  • Manage household permissions
  • View or manage certain household data

Household members may be able to view, add, modify, or otherwise interact with information that has been shared with them.

By joining a shared household, you understand that certain information you enter may be visible to other authorized members of that household.

You are responsible for deciding whom you invite into your household and what information you choose to share.

We are not responsible for how another authorized household member uses information that you voluntarily share with that household.

5) Budgeting Information

PocketTrack allows users to manually enter financial and budgeting information.

This may include:

  • Budget amounts
  • Envelope amounts
  • Transactions
  • Dates
  • Categories
  • Notes
  • Household budgeting information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into PocketTrack.

PocketTrack does not independently verify transactions, account balances, income, expenses, or other financial information entered by users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PocketTrack does not connect directly to banks or financial institutions and should not be treated as an official record of your financial accounts.

6) No financial advice

PocketTrack provides budgeting and organizational tools only.

Nothing provided through PocketTrack constitutes:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Tax advice
  • Accounting advice
  • Legal advice
  • Credit advice
  • Debt counseling

Budget calculations, balances, summaries, recommendations, or other information displayed by PocketTrack are provided for informational and organizational purposes.

You remain solely responsible for your personal financial decisions.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when financial, legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice is required.

7) User responsibilities

You agree to use PocketTrack only for lawful purposes.

You may not use PocketTrack to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Access another person’s account without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass account permissions or security measures
  • Interfere with or disrupt PocketTrack or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, databases, accounts, or systems
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or harmful software
  • Abuse household invitation systems or access controls
  • Impersonate another individual
  • Use PocketTrack to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary source code except where such restrictions are prohibited by law
  • Use automated systems to excessively access or interfere with the Service

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms.

8) Information you enter

You retain ownership of information that you enter into PocketTrack.

You grant us a limited right to process, store, transmit, display, and otherwise use that information solely as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate PocketTrack
  • Provide requested features
  • Synchronize information
  • Share information with authorized household members
  • Maintain security
  • Provide technical support
  • Improve and maintain the Service

This permission ends when the information is deleted from PocketTrack, subject to reasonable backup, security, legal, or technical retention requirements.

Our handling of personal information is further described in the PocketTrack Privacy Policy.

9) Sensitive information

PocketTrack is not designed to store certain highly sensitive credentials or identifying information.

You should not intentionally enter information such as:

  • Banking passwords
  • Full debit or credit card numbers
  • PIN numbers
  • Social Security numbers
  • Authentication codes
  • Government identification numbers
  • Cryptocurrency private keys
  • Other security credentials

into transaction notes, envelope names, descriptions, or other general-purpose fields.

10) subscriptions and paid features

PocketTrack may offer paid subscriptions or premium features.

When paid features are available, applicable prices, billing periods, and subscription terms will be presented before purchase.

Purchases made through Google Play may also be subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and billing policies.

Depending on the version of PocketTrack, paid features may include benefits such as:

  • Additional or unlimited budgeting envelopes
  • Household or family-sharing functionality
  • Removal of advertising
  • Additional account features
  • Other premium functionality

Available features and subscription plans may change over time.

11) automatic renewal

If PocketTrack offers automatically renewing subscriptions, subscriptions will renew according to the terms presented through the applicable application marketplace unless canceled before the renewal date.

Users are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions through the platform from which the subscription was purchased, such as Google Play, unless another cancellation method is specifically provided.

Deleting PocketTrack or deleting a PocketTrack account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription through Google Play or another payment provider.

Users should separately cancel any active subscription through the applicable billing provider.

12) refunds

Purchases made through Google Play or another third-party payment provider may be subject to that provider’s refund policies.

Except where required by applicable law, we do not control refund decisions made directly by third-party application marketplaces or payment providers.

13) free features and advertising

PocketTrack may provide a free version of the Service.

Free versions may contain limitations, including limits on the number of budgeting envelopes or features available.

PocketTrack may also display advertising in free versions of the application.

The availability, frequency, placement, or type of advertising may change over time.

14) third-party services

PocketTrack relies on third-party services and infrastructure.

These may include:

  • Google Firebase
  • Firebase Authentication
  • Cloud Firestore
  • Google Play
  • Payment or subscription management providers
  • Advertising providers
  • Analytics or diagnostic services

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, although we make reasonable efforts to use reputable providers appropriate for PocketTrack’s operation.

15) pre-release and testing versions

PocketTrack may be distributed through:

  • Internal testing
  • Closed testing
  • Beta testing
  • Early access
  • Other pre-release programs

Pre-release versions may contain:

  • Bugs
  • Incomplete features
  • Experimental functionality
  • Errors
  • Unexpected behavior
  • Changes that have not yet been finalized

You understand that testing versions may be less stable than publicly released software.

Features, data structures, designs, and functionality may change during testing.

Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to protect user data during testing, but testers should avoid relying on a pre-release version of PocketTrack as the sole record of important financial information.

16) Service Availability

We aim to keep PocketTrack available and functioning properly, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

PocketTrack may occasionally become unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Technical failures
  • Internet outages
  • Hosting provider problems
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Security incidents
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service when reasonably necessary.

17) changes to features

PocketTrack is an evolving product.

We may add, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue features.

This may include changes to:

  • Free features
  • Premium features
  • Subscription plans
  • Household functionality
  • Usage limits
  • Application design
  • Supported devices
  • Third-party integrations

When practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid services.

18) Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably determine that:

  • These Terms have been materially violated
  • The account is being used unlawfully
  • The account threatens the security or operation of PocketTrack
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred
  • Suspension is required by law
  • Continued operation of the account creates a material security risk

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue before termination.

Users may also stop using PocketTrack at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

19) account deletion

Users may request deletion of their PocketTrack account.

Account deletion information is available at:

[DELETE ACCOUNT PAGE URL]

Users may also contact:

aureusvasileus@gmail.com

Deleting an account may permanently remove budgeting information and other information associated solely with that account.

Because PocketTrack supports shared households, certain information belonging to or shared with other household members may remain available to those users where appropriate.

Active third-party subscriptions may need to be canceled separately through Google Play or another applicable billing provider.

20) Intellectual Property

PocketTrack, including its:

  • Name
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Application design
  • Software
  • Interface
  • Graphics
  • Original content
  • Features
  • Source code
  • Documentation

is owned by or licensed to Aureus Vasileus, except for third-party materials identified as belonging to their respective owners.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of PocketTrack or its intellectual property to users.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use PocketTrack for its intended personal purposes while complying with these Terms.

21) Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feedback, feature requests, or other ideas regarding PocketTrack, you permit us to use that feedback to improve PocketTrack without an obligation to compensate you.

This does not transfer ownership of your personal information or other user-generated data.

22) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PocketTrack is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • PocketTrack will always be available
  • PocketTrack will be completely error-free
  • All calculations will always be accurate
  • Data will never be lost
  • The Service will meet every user’s individual needs
  • The Service will be free from all security vulnerabilities
  • Third-party services will always operate without interruption

Users are responsible for reviewing budgeting information before relying on it for important financial decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

23) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aureus Vasileus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use PocketTrack.

This may include losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect budgeting information
  • User entry errors
  • Data loss
  • Device failure
  • Service interruption
  • Unauthorized account access
  • Actions taken by household members
  • Third-party service failures
  • Financial decisions made based on information displayed in PocketTrack

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

24) Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or damages resulting from your unlawful use of PocketTrack, your intentional violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not require users to indemnify us for losses caused solely by our own unlawful conduct where such an obligation would not be enforceable under applicable law.

25) Privacy

Your use of PocketTrack is also governed by the PocketTrack Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes how PocketTrack collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information.

26) Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms prevents users from exercising rights available to them under mandatory consumer-protection laws in their jurisdiction.

27) Disputes

If you have a concern or dispute regarding PocketTrack, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Any legal dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled according to applicable law and the jurisdiction provisions contained in these Terms.

28) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as PocketTrack develops or as legal, technical, or business requirements change.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate when these Terms were most recently revised.

If a change materially affects users’ rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Continued use of PocketTrack after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

29) severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

30) entire agreement

These Terms, together with the PocketTrack Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented when purchasing or using specific services, constitute the agreement between you and Aureus Vasileus regarding your use of PocketTrack.
